&lt;BogdanBrinza> Resolution: We've discussed this PR and the general issue of requiring CSS properties and decided that we won't make additional CSS properties required. UAs are encouraged to support useful combinations, however making CSS properties required makes it harder for non-CSS implementers without additional value. We would like to explore a better way to specify how certain CSS properties apply in certain SVG contexts (SVGSVGElement CSS box for example).<br>
