Another question is if it's advisable to overload the file-extension further than anyway already or if it's not better advisable just to introduce svgs (static svg) as file-extension to express just static content without any javascript. Could be the other way around too by introducing svgd (dynamic svg). Even both file-extensions could be introduced in favour to eliminate the current svg-extension.
