AmeliaBR has just labeled an issue for https://github.com/w3c/svgwg as "SVG Core": == Consider removal SVGViewElement and its interface == Usage of SVGViewElement is pointing to zero. https://www.chromestatus.com/metrics/feature/timeline/popularity/1037 This is fairly strong indication, it's not being used for its intended purpose at least. So can it be dropped? See https://github.com/w3c/svgwg/issues/231
