Good idea. A few notes:

  - job position should be a multiple choice question, a lot of folks  
are several of these things
  - current graphics tools should have a "some" option
  - would you be interested in a plugin that would export to SVG from  
your graphic tool?
  - biggest barrier should offer several options (perhaps offer to  
rate the barriers)
  - do you take mobile platforms into account when developing?
  - do you write widgets?
