That's is a bit tricky: the wiki [1] states "Monday" (I'm in UTC with
DST) and yesterday I got tricked by it (and thought I had partially
lost the meeting!). :-D

Fine by me (regarding both one hour earlier or later). If switching to
another day, please state when (with some anticipation, if possible).
