Tutorials for Planet SVG

In the conference call yesterday, there was a mention of the need for
tutorials for the site.

1. What kinds of tutorials are we looking for?

2. There are a lot of sources out there already.
   
Should we provide some kind of FAQ or recipe list pointing to some of
what's out there before generating new content?

3. Do we want to have a particular focus: low-level tech vs high-level
effects?

Just thought a few questions might get some discussions started.
