SVG community site moved, wiki modules updated

Okay, the site's been moved to http://www.planetsvg.com/ .

I've also turned on the pear wiki formating module and the freelinking
module. What this means is that mediawiki-style markup should work and
you can use wiki style links. If you look at
http://www.planetsvg.com/content/scripts-library then you can see an
example. If you link to a page that doesn't exist using a format like
[pageName|Page Name] then it will show up as a link. If the page doesn't
exist yet, then clicking the link will make a new Book Page. This isn't
the only way to create pages but it enables a familiar workflow for wiki
users. These features are available using the "Filtered HTML" input
format (which is the default, as opposed to the "Full HTML" input format).

Nodes and comments should be visible to all visitors, including
anonymous ones. Robots are still blocked from the site for the time
being (since the site is still in beta).

Rob Russell
