chairs SVG a11y task force - NO MEETING TODAY

I spoke to Fred Esch and he can continue to participate in the SVG A11y Task Force but due to work commitments he is unable to chair the call. 

Also, given that I am retiring at the end of the year I will not be co-chairing either. 

We are most of the way there on the SVG A11y work and I would like to ask for volunteer co-chairs for the task force. 

Bogdan Brizna is finishing up the work on specifying the CORE-AAM and DPUB-AAM mappings so I am hoping he will be able to take on SVG soon. 

I will continue to chair the ARIA working group after I retire from IBM and my affiliation will switch to Knowbility so I am not going anywhere although I will be limiting my work to ARIA after retirement ( I will not be a member of the SVG working group). 

There will be no meeting today as I am in all day meetings but I would like to ask for a volunteer to co-chair the task force.
