Fwd: A few use cases for using SVG in unusual ways for accessibility

Hello,

I had come up with a few not-exactly-standard ways of using SVG to help
with accessibility as a sort of duct-tape-programmer work-with-what-you-got
collection of hacks. Amelia indicated interest in seeing if they were
useful at all to this group's efforts, so I slapped a writeup together. I
have attached my examples and writeup as a HTML document. I hope it's
