Navigation
Taxonomy/markup to support navigation/AT

We have been discussing a few potential modes for navigating SVG, I would
like to see us mark up some SVG and demonstrate navigation using the
potential alternatives. But as a first step, I think we need to mark up
some SVG so navigation can use them. Another purpose of the markup is to
support other forms of accommodations, such as simplification, support for
non AT using low vision users and color blind users.

I have a web page (tool) that lets you upload a SVG and it shows the
structure of the SVG as a SVG tree or alternatively a HTML tree. The SVG
tree shows the markup (role, desc, title) as part of displaying the tree. I
am working with Jason White on getting the HTML tree usable for those who
can't see the SVG tree.

Probably next week, I would like to start looking at marked up SVG, so I
will be looking for a way to host or distribute the SVG tree tool. If you
have alternative tools you would rather use, bring it up in the discussion.
