SSN applications page on the SSN-CG website

Hi all,

We have seen many exciting projects using the Semantic Sensor Network (SSN)
ontology since publication of the Final Report last year. In a few weeks, I
am giving a talk (http://www.iot-week.eu/) on the use of sensors in the
Internet of Things / Web of Things ; in particular, use of the SSN ontology
for IoT/WoT. I am hoping to use this opportunity to showcase the exciting
applications and uses of SSN that you all have been developing.

The SSN wiki has several pages with this type of information [1][2], but
the they may now be outdated.

[2] SSN-XG publications:

An wiki page [3] dedicated to projects and applications using the SSN
ontology has been created on the Semantic Sensor Networks Community Group
website [4].

[4] SSN Community Group: http://www.w3.org/community/ssn-cg/

If interested, please add a brief description of your project, including
the use of SSN, point of contact, and related material. If you do not have
an account on this community group website, please send the info to me and
I will add to the wiki.

cheers,
Cory
