non-blocking sparql engines

hi,

for the semagrow project [1] we've developed a prototype of a non-blocking
sparql engine [2] based on the rdf4j api and java8 streams.

are there any known implementations of sparql engines that are
non-blocking and capable of handling streams?

any pointer greatly appreciated.
