Melvin - Great idea to use Solid for meetings, this would be wonderful!  In answer to your question to clarify about my volunteering status. I am employed by inrupt as Communications Manager and by the European Commission as an Ethics Auditor. Any other work is done on a volunteer basis including as a Solid Community Manager, in which you can find my associations stated publicly <https://github.com/solid/community/blob/master/associations.md>. 

Items mentioned in the email have been added to the agenda to make sure we cover them during our next meeting.
