2017-07-25 meeting

We'll be meeting next Tuesday at 1PM EDT as usual. Agenda here:

Two important notes:

 * We will do a 90-minute meeting on 7/25.
 * Reinstating the 8/8 and 8/22 meetings is on the agenda. There's some concern about meeting our goals for the group by some of the editors, so we'd like to discuss at the meeting.
