AS2 CR update (and proposed small change)

Hey folks,

Hopefully those who are interested took the allotted 24 hours to review AS2
after Tuesday's meeting. To get the CR update published before the
moratorium, we need to start wheels turning more or less immediately.

For reference, the changelog is here:

And I have already opened an issue for an editorial change here:
https://github.com/w3c/activitystreams/issues/384 Which is minor, but
review welcome.

If you can get comments/issues in before Sandro and I finish putting
together the transition request, we'll try to take care of them.
