"Approved" is a mis-characterization. It was a analysis based on some of
the voting, in a rather arbitrary, way. The user stories are not a
deliverable of the WG, just a guide. The voting is a guide too. There is
an emphasis on what is implemented.

This wiki page is simply that, whoever has time to contribute can help
shape the requirements. So far, it's been mainly Amy, but WG member that
has time to contribute is welcome to take the user stories and
implementations [1] as an input, to help create a working draft for a
social API. Help in this area would be quite welcome, as the deliverable
is about a year behind the time line in the charter.
