Evan, I needed to add comment under :Reply in a discussion" story,
motivated by your question. It ended up *out of context* after us
experimenting with section/no-section, linked groupings and all that
stuff...

I hope it clarifies the difference and shows real world requirement
commonly used in the wild. Please reconsider your -1, Thx!
