Maybe we could also try to figure out during TPAC official location for
AS 2.0 JSON-LD @context? Schema.org hosts it directly at
http://schema.org and we could also get some feedback from them during
Wednesday session.

what W3C experienced with DTD

While on that we could also consider *separating* contexts for
Activities and Handlers. IMO we can get the first one to the stable
state much sooner then the second.
