I am Renato Iannella and lead the Social & Professional Interoperable Networks (SPIN) Project at NICTA [1]. My focus is in the underlying interoperability challenges to Social Networks (to break down some of the walled-gardens) such as distributed profile management. I also co-chair the W3C Policy Languages Interest Group [2] and are keen to see these two W3C groups work closely together on privacy/ rights issues for Social Networks. Cheers...
