Update from Social WG call yesterday

All,

I attended the WG call yesterday and they are really interested in the Use
Case(s).  I told them that we didn't expect to have the work till close to
TPAC. A particular issue is coming up now about Actions in the AS2.0 spec
where there isn't a clear use case on why we need them or not.

Personally, I think the actions are central to what 'social' means by any
definition.  As we work through the scenarios though, that's one item in
particular that is of interest to the WG.
