Profile scenarios added to Use Case TF wiki subpage

Hi all,

I've added several scenarios involving user and group profiles to the wiki subpage on which we are collecting use case scenarios related to profiles and their federation. Please review these new scenarios (and all the others on the page) as soon as you can, so we will be able to discuss them together.
