Action-160: apply test coverage proposals

Hi everyone,
I've finished the work of applying my proposals for testcase updates, 
available here:

Note that after these updates the following test assertions are uncovered:
Protocol-2020 (this is a new assertion involving "isFault" and action 162 
addresses this)
Protocol-2070 (this involves the topicReplyToName property, and I'm not 
sure that we can actual cover this assertion with a testcase)

This concludes my work for Action-160.
