The topicReplyToName has two unflagged RFC 2119 keywords
 * Specifies the name of the topic destination to which a response message SHOULD be sent.
 ALSO
 * if the variant is "jndi", topicReplyToName is not relevant and MUST be ignored.

Proposal:
Eliminate the two keywords:

First bullet rewritten following the pattern of the resolution of ISSUE-46
 * Specifies the name of the topic destination to which a response message will be sent.

Second bullet rewrite:
 * as defined by [JMS URI], the topicReplyToName only makes sense if the URI variant is "queue" or "topic".
