Specifically to talk about for the JMS URI portion of tomorrow's meeting

During our call tomorrow, I'd like to discuss the following specific to
the JMS URI scheme.

Alexey's comments.  Of particular interest to me:
 * Section 4, 4.1.1
 * URI comparison

Also, an action item, I think.  It occurred to me that we should contact
the authors/committers/contributors for every JMS implementation we can
track down, and let them know about the JMS URI scheme.
