CXF implementation of SOAP/JMS spec

FYI...   I just found out from a colleague that CXF has finished an 
implementation of the SOAP/JMS binding spec and the 'stack comparison' 
chart (located here:  http://wiki.apache.org/ws/StackComparison) has been 
updated to reflect that.
