I've made changes in response to Comment #16 and Comment #19. See revision 1.7
in CVS
(http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/2007/xml/sml/xlink-note.html?rev=1.7&content-type=text/x-cvsweb-markup). 

The Status section has also been modified to match the text of the EPR note (as
appropriate).

The References section has also been reworked.
