The text now reads:

If this attribute is set to true for a type D 
then instances of D should not create any
cycles in a model. See Section titled "Instance Validity Rules". 

I removed the new suggested sentence since I don't think there is any point in
covering material in the referenced section. In particular, the suggested
sentence covers item 1 in the referenced section but not item 2 in the section.
