review of SML LC drafts

I have reviewed the 2nd Last Call working draft specifications  
produced by the SML WG:

	http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/WD-sml-if-20080912/

I am pleased with the progress made by the WG since my departure in  
May and I found no issues in the current state of the specifications.

I believe the work is ready to advance to the next phase.
