We also need to cover action items (Tracker), normally this would be at 
3.5
As part of topic 4 we need to decided whether or not we are having a group 
dinner at the F2F, if so which night. 
The XML CG has chosen Wed night for their dinner, so the SML chairs/TC 
would have a conflict if SML chose that night (possible but I'd think 
unlikely, given that it's the last day and West Coast members could easily 
be finding flights to get home that night).
