        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2

        AssignedTo: cmsmcq@w3.org
        ReportedBy: virginia.smith@hp.com

What is an SML constraint? Does it refer to just target*, acyclic, and identity
constraints? Does it also include reference requirements such as "at most one
target"?
