           Summary: Repeating schematron specification contents
           Product: SML
           Version: FPWD
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: needsAgreement
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: cmsmcq@w3.org
        ReportedBy: virginia.smith@hp.com
         QAContact: public-sml@w3.org

In section 5.3.3, bullet point 3 makes normative statements which are really
determined by the Schematron spec, not SML. The WG discussed removing this
bullet point or moving it to a non-normative note. (If a note, then we change
'rule' to 'sch:rule'.)

Proposal: Remove bullet point 3.
