Summary: Model validation term defined twice

        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW

Section 7 Conformance Criteria, first bullet redefines the Model validation
term, defined under the Terminology section :

1. The validator MUST perform model validation as defined in this
specification. >>>>>Model validation is the process of examining each document
in a model and verifying that this document is valid with respect to the model
definition documents, i.e., each model instance document satisfies the schemas
and rules defined in the applicable model definition documents. <<<

Suggesting to remove the Model validation definition from section 7 and update
the Terminology section with any information that was only covered under
Section 7
