The most recent drafts of the following tech notes have been checked in to CVS. Further content changes should be made against these files. When the content is fully baked, I will convert each to HTML And prep for publication.

Note that since both of these are Word documents, they have been stored in CVS as binary with keyword substitution turned off (i.e., with "sticky" options -kb).
