latest changes to the IF document

I've made a few changes to the IF document late Friday but I don't see 
them appear in the editor's copy. Is that an expected behavior ?

Is anyone else having a problem accessing the Editor?s copies?  I?m timing 
out when I try to open the editor?s copies on the public page.
 
Is there another process for getting the latest draft copies so we can 
review the changes to date?

We are close to our target date for publishing the second draft (which is 
9/19). The editorial team is working on updating the spec to reflect the 
changes that were approved in yesterday?s call and expect to have a draft 
ready by Monday, 9/17.  They have already made several changes and these 
are ready for review by the members.  Please review the following changes 
made by the editorial team and send in  any request for changes  at the 
earliest and no later than 5 PM PST on 9/18
