Summary: Consider using another term for 'URI scheme'
           Product: SML
           Version: FPWD
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: needsAgreement
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Core+Interchange Format
        AssignedTo: cmsmcq@w3.org
        ReportedBy: virginia.smith@hp.com
         QAContact: public-sml@w3.org

We should consider using another term for "URI scheme" since this term is also
used for the scheme subcomponent in a URI. Suggestions include:
SML URI scheme
URI reference scheme
