The CG is beginning to look at meeting dates for "summer", i.e. June/July.
Assuming we were to align with them, the meeting will likely be in
Europe, in the window of weeks whose Monday is 6/16-7/21 (inclusive),
except for the week of 6/30 (since that includes the July 4 holiday).
Where in Europe is definitely TBD, they have at least 4 offers all in
different countries.
The current front-runners are the weeks beginning 6/23 and 7/7.
If anyone in our workgroup is unable to attend a meeting during any of the
4 weeks (6/16, 6/23, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21) and knows this now, the sooner we
know the better.

Best Regards, John
