Summary: Update usage of to IF 'inter-document references' in the
                    SML spec
           Product: SML
           Version: LC
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: editorial
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: popescu@ca.ibm.com
        ReportedBy: popescu@ca.ibm.com
         QAContact: public-sml@w3.org

Based on the IF inter-document reference proposal recorded under
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-sml/2007Nov/att-0204/sml-if-idr-V1.html

the IF definition of inter-document references has been removed from the spec
and replaced with a generic notion of 'references to documents in the
interchange set'

The SML spec refers to inter-document references in the definition of the URI
and EPR schemes (section 4.2, 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 ):

..An assertion whether the scheme can be used as an interdocument reference
when used in an SML-IF [SML-IF 1.1] document.
...The SML URI Scheme can be used as an interdocument reference when used in an
SML-IF [SML-IF 1.1] document.
...The EPR Scheme can not be used as an interdocument reference when used in an
SML-IF [SML-IF 1.1] document.

The notion of interdocument references should be updated here based on the IF
inter-document references proposal
