John,

Is there an agenda for the F2F? I don't recall seeing any-but I've been
traveling so much lately I could have easily missed it.

We have "Zarro Boogs" according to Bugzilla, no action items in Tracker,
and no bugs posted in the public mailing list (Bugzilla is preferred,
this is the alternative for raising bugs against the drafts), so this
week's teleconference is hereby cancelled. Looking forward to seeing
everyone next week at the face to face.

The June 14 call is cancelled as well. We will decide next Wednesday at
the F2F whether or not to cancel the June 21 call; often canceling is
helpful to let people dig out for their day jobs :-) after a F2F, but
given that this is our first F2F there will be a higher than normal
administrative content and given that the summer vacation season is
approaching we may choose to press on.

Reminders:

1. We are looking for a member to host a face to face meeting sometime
during the last two full weeks of August.

2. We are looking for volunteers to be document Editors. From the pool
of applicants we will select 4-6 editors on the first day of the face to
face. So far 3 people have expressed interest that I know of, so we
could use more. Other workgroups have found it useful to have 4-6 in
order to (a) spread the work around (b) have coverage so work continues
if an editor is unavailable e.g. for vacation.

I have enclosed the upcoming Scribe list below so people have better
visibility to when they might need to read the Scribe FAQ (
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/member-ws-policy/2006Oct/0001.html
), pointed to from the admin page's Meetings section. For any given
meeting, we will go top down and the first participant in that order on
the call will be asked to scribe for the day; at the end of the day, the
scribe's name is rotated to the bottom of the list. We suggest that we
use a different scribe during each day of the F2F, to spread the work
fairly. This list should be updated and a new superseding copy placed
in each meeting's minutes.
