Now I understand the rationale. If we want to keep it the current way, we should have a better
tie-in between the question on the previous form and the related question on the next form. 

Do you prefer "better tie-in" or "all on same page"?

So we should maybe tell people in a note that if they choose "None" we will ignore other
selections.

Same question as above: better tie-in or two pages to avoid unnecessary questions?
