RE: Survey open/closing times

These instructions are very helpful Alastair. Would it be possible to add to the top of each survey, and in the first few surveys that go out? This will help those that are new, or don’t remember.

Hi everyone,

With our approach of running through survey comments before opening-up the queue, having the survey open during the meeting can make that approach difficult.

In future we will close the surveys at some point during the 30 minutes prior to the meeting. It takes a few minutes to do so per survey so you might find a survey is still open during that 30 minute period. If you try and submit a survey and it has closed since you loaded the page, you are likely to lose your comments. (Pressing ‘back’ will probably work, but not guaranteed.)

We hope people will be able to fill in the surveys before that point, and we will endeavour to send out the agendas & surveys on Wednesday or earlier on Thursday.

We will continue beginning discussion by reviewing survey comments. Once we have reviewed the survey comments anyone can get on the queue to comment.

Kind regards,

-Alastair

PS. No surveys this week, so we’ll add a note to the agenda about this for next time.
