Prototype Structure on GitHub

Hi,

I’ve had a go at creating a (fairly straightforward) method of organising the Silver prototypes on GitHub, see the link below for a link to the branch that has been created with this:
https://github.com/w3c/silver/tree/prototype-organisation/prototypes

The main principles behind this is that each prototype should:

  * Be contained in its own folder
  * Be initially accessed through an index.html file in said folder
  * Have an accompanying readme.md file that contains extra information (template provided)

I’ve moved across the Conformance Prototype made by @Jeanne Spellman<mailto:jspellman@spellmanconsulting.com> into this model and have also created a Pull Request. I would appreciate any comments or suggestions that people have on this. At this stage I’ve intentionally stayed away from offering suggestions on style etc. as these can be looked at in one of the prototypes later on.

Best Regards

Mike
