   we need to assign managers to the project plan. it doesn't mean
   you have to do the tasks but ensure the tasks are completed.

   Plain language experts that could be managers?

   the manager of this project would figure out how to do the
   work, how to track it, etc. they need to have good
   organizational skills

   the work on this needs to be completed by the end of september

   Jeanne sees the conformance model prototype as 3 different ones

   under prototype designs - perhaps the last 2 are more
   information architecture prototype

   AGWG complimented us on the report, the progress we have made
   and they were "really really excited" about where we are going

   use cases that we put in should be done in collaboration with
   people with those needs

   2nd area -- problem statements - we should specify what it is
   we want to tackle. requirements need to focus on the needs of
   people with disabilities

   requirements of pwd as related to content and structure. we
   need to explicity put in there that we need a conformance model
   that supports more disabilities than wcag currently supports

   plain language project can move forward as soon as we have a
   manager
