Link to personalization research & Tuesday regrets

Hi Everyone,

I am at the emergency room with my bulldog who has been having seizures.  I
have to get him into his vet as soon as I get my daughter to school for her
1st day of 7th grade. Because of this, I won't be able to make the meeting
this morning, but I promised that I would find the research  on
personalization that I mentioned on Friday. It is as follows:
