FHIR Datatypes to OWL mapping

I have posted a document on the HL7 Wiki discussing FHIR Datatypes to OWL mapping - in particular the treatment of primitive types.

I am concerned about XML to OWL mapping using xsd datatypes as full OWL classes rather than built in datatypes.
