RE: Call notes: license vs. rights

hi all,

from the notes: 'Some confusion as to the difference between license and
rights'

a license is the declaration of what rights belong to whom in regards to
the item the license pertains to. a license can also specify other things
pertaining to the item, such as restrictions, liability and responsibility.
