1 open position with the CANARIE funded C-BRASS Project

OVERVIEW: The programmer will be primarily responsible for the design and deployment of SADI-compatible bioinformatic services. SADI is an open-source Semantic Web Service framework that aims to maximize interoperability between Web Services by utilizing Semantic Web technologies at all levels of the Web Service "stack". This position is part of the CANARIE funded C-BRASS (Canadian Bioinformatics Resources as Semantic Services) project to apply Semantic Web technologies to Canadian and International bioinformatics resources towards the long term goal of improving research efficiency by encoding 'biological knowledge' into the web itself, reducing researchers' costs and time-to-discovery.
