Dear Eric and Susie,

We are delighted to invite you to contribute a journal article, based
on your ACS RDF 2010 oral presentation [0], to a thematic issue for
the Journal of Cheminformatics [1].

The Journal of Cheminformatics was launched in March 2009 as the first
fully Open Access Cheminformatics journal. Papers published in the
journal benefit the cheminformatics community through the free,
widespread and unrestricted readership that open access offers. The
journal provides a powerful combination of peer reviewed quality, fast
publication, unrestricted article length, and unlimited use of color
illustrations, supplementary files, etc. all via an efficient online
publishing platform. Additionally, authors retain complete copyright
to their published paper.

Thematic issues that have been published by BioMed Central in the past
are listed at [2] with an example thematic issue available at [3].

Your contribution will undergo normal peer review, as is common for
this journal. Thanks to financial support from Pfizer, normal article
processing fees will be waived for your article, and you will
