Thanks for that pointer. It would be good to link up to the DBpedia  
pages if possible, and the query:

SELECT DISTINCT ?disease ?icd10
WHERE {
   ?disease <http://dbpedia.org/ontology/icd10> ?icd10
}

provides a reasonable starting point. By no means an exhaustive list,  
but enough for some rdfs:seeAlsos.
