Re: Any meeting at ISMB ?

If there is still interest in having a meeting besides the BOF on July 1, I
propose the evening of June 28 as a possible time. This is where the
Bio-Ontologies (June 28), BOSC (June 27 & 28) and BioLINK (June 28 & 29)
Special Interest Group meetings overlap.

I'm not sure what the logistics of such a meeting should be. Simple meeting
after the SIGs have ended and going out for dinner together, perhaps?

Cheers,
Matthias

I'm pretty sure BOFs are open to ISMB registered folks only. That does
not prevent us from having additional meet ups.

That depends on where you hold them ... BTW Alan Ruttenberg will be giving a
keynote address at BOSC, and as a result some of the BOSC attendees might be
interested in a life sciences semweb BOF, so holding it one of the two days
of BOSC is maybe worth considering.

Yes, it would be nice to see some of you who I haven't seen for a while.
I'll be around for BOSC and for the following Monday or Tuesday. Send me a
note if you would like to connect. Regrettably I'll have left before the
July 1 meeting that Eric just announced.

Regards,
Alan
