Change in the ESW Editorial policy

Dear all,

as you may have realized, there has been a change in the editorial
policy of the ESW wiki at W3C[1]. The reason is that, unfortunately, W3C
had to fight off Wiki page spamming repeatedly.

The current policy is as follows: only people listed in the

http://esw.w3.org/topic/ESWEditorsGroup

can edit pages on ESW. If you are not yet listed on that page, you
should ask somebody in that group to add you to that page; from that
point on you have an editing right to all esw pages (including this
'bootstrap editors' group page) as before. The group was initially
populated with everybody who'd made a non-spam edit in (approx) the
month of May 2009.

Apologies for the somewhat abrupt change in policy, but the spam issue
became really painful...

Ivan
